Hunger & slowing weight loss
I am 4 months post-op and all of sudden I am starting to actually feel hunger....yuck. I thought this wouldn't happen for a least a couple of more months. As well my weight loss has slowed down. I have been stuck at -80 lbs for a couple of weeks.
Is anybody else going through this at 4 months out?

I am feeling so hungry I thought something was wrong with me. I am glad I am not alone. I thought maybe I was craving a vitamin, but I just want to eat everything. I can't tell if it is head hunger or real hunger. I am trying to drown myself in water every time I want to pick up food. How are you dealing with it?
I felt real hunger from day 1. I get full faster than before the surgery obviously, but not as quickly as I did 4 months ago. I can definetly eat more and my weight loss is slowing down, although it hasn't stopped, I am at 83 pounds at 4 months. I'm happy with that. As long as I keep loosing! Hang in there.

I'm hungry a lot...especially if I haven't drank for a while. I do find that having flavors added to my water helps. Right now I'm hooked on Diet Raspberry Lipton Ice Tea. I also eat cheese/pretzles for a snack as well as peanuts which are very filling...just make sure you chew them really well.
