APRIL 2004 CENTURY CLUB MEMBER!!

Hello everyone! My surgery was on April 5th, 2004 and today I joined the Century Club - 100 pounds gone forever! I am feeling great - my waist is down from a tight 54 to a loose 46, was wearing 4X shirts and now I'm in 1X. I am 6'3" and started at 379, so now I'm at 279. I bet I have not weighed this since college (??) I am aiming for another 79 pounds or so for my personal goal - the docs goal for me was more like 210-215 because of my height & structure. Thanks to everyone in the OH family for their support - and as always - remember that every pound lost is a victory and best wishes to everyone on their journey! David Becker
