90 POUNDS IN 90 DAYS (!!!!!)

OK - I have a WLS budy that lost 90 pounds in 90 days. I found this unbelieveable and thought it doubtful that this achivement was within the realm of possibility. My surgery was April 5, and here we are gaining on the 3 month mark - and my scale said 90 pounds lost today! I was aiming for 100 pounds by September, but may hit that by August! REMEMBER THAT EACH POUND LOST IS A VICTORY!!! I am so glad to be a member of the OH family - you guys are always there for me and that makes my journey even more special - David Becker
