4/26/04 Sugery Buddies!!!
Hey there 4/26ers!
Happy to report that I'm down 44 pounds (WITHOUT a fill!) , and down from a TIGHT 22 to a LOOSE 16 (sometimes 14s, too). I work out about 5-7 times a week (sometimes 2xs a day), and eat whatever I want, but limit carbs somewhat!
I LOVE MY LAPBAND!
