4/23/04 LAP BAND'S HOW ARE U DOING?
Hi Elizabeth! Long time, no type!
Well, I had surgery a few days after you (4/26), but I'm down 40 lbs. as of Monday (and maybe a little more since then). I'm exercising AT LEAST 3-4 times a week, but more like every day. I haven't had a fill yet (I had pretty good restriction right from the get-go), but am scheduled for one on 6/24. Kind of nervous about that actually, because I'm afraid to "fix it if it ain't broke."
I admit, I'm losing quite quickly, almost as fast as an RNYer, but I believe the exercise and the restriction help a LOT. If you're curious, here are the rest of the stats:
Age: 33
Height: 5'0"
Highest: 267
Surgery Weight: 244
Current Weight: 204
Old Clothes: 22/24 & 8W shoes
New Clothes: 14/16 & 7 shoes
Goal Weight: 125 (but will take 135 in a HEARTBEAT!)
