plateau finally broken

I was on a plateau for 2 weeks my weight did not move I was at 256lbs. I became so concern I e-mailed the nurse to find out what was I doing wrong. I weighed myself today my weight is 245lbs -11lbs I was shocked and happy. There is hope for those that are stuck.

Congrats! I wish I could say the same for mine. It's basically only been 3lbs lost since 5/17. I'm just ready to cry cause nothing is working.

Yeah! I keep hitting plateus it seems. Every couple of weeks I stop losing for about a week. Then suddenly, it starts coming off again. Frustrating, but I guess its better than being a blob of loose skin. Congrats!

Congrats! Mine just broke too. I was at 285-284 for like three wks. Today I weighed in at 279. I'm so happy!
