It Finally Happened!

Including the 45lbs I lost Pre-op, I have now lost 100 lbs!!!!!

And, today I am wearing size 24s for the first time in a decade

Today will be the last day my weight starts with a 3. Life is so sweet, ~Lara

Thank you so much everyone! I celebrated all day by enjoying a day in the sun in a boat on Lake Minnetonka in my new size 24 swimming suit (I have owned it for a year, but never before today worn it)

Life sure is a lot easier 100lbs down!!!! Hopping out of the water (which for the record was FREEZING!!!) up and down the ladder was SIGNIFICANTLY easier than last year. It boggles my mind that with a starting weight of 400 which felt utterly insurmountable I am now 40 lbs from reaching the goal set for me by the dr. I am hopeful (as the loss is SLOWING down, or at least it feels like it is. . .probably just being obsessed) that I will make it to goal by Christmas. 55lbs post op as of today, 100 since I started my journey last June. What a difference a year can make! My unending love and support to you all. I can't wait to celebrate your successes!!!! All my best wishes, ~Lara
