How much are you exercising?
I'm 6wks out too and 32 lbs down. I am only doing one mile also but am hoping to double it soon. I have friends from support group who are walkign 4-6miles 3 times a wk and are only 2 wks further out than me! So that makes me want to work harder! We are in the process of a cross country move....leaving next week so I have been having a hard time getting my walks in......excuses, excuses! I need to change that!

I have been working really hard at the gym lately. I was cleared to do pretty much whatever I wanted a few weeks ago, and this is my current routine:
10 minutes on the elliptical machine
25 minutes on the treadmill
35 minutes swimming laps
20 minutes of ab stuff
i am going to the gym 5x per week. i am down almost 60 pounds, and down 100 pounds since the end of February!
