Congratulations. I just got my release for exercise too. I hadn't thought about my weight in terms of a BMI. Mine is 36 now! yeah. Its kind of bitter sweet though. My BMI was 36 when I started my WLS journey (but I had apnea and HBP co-morbids). I had been gaining steadily though (my body always tries to get itself back to my pregancy weight). So my BMI was 40 by the time I had my surgery a year later. So now the real journey begins! Take care, Rachel
