Breakfast- Salmon/Cream Cheese Pinwheels (these are so yummy)
Snack- Slice of Swiss Cheese
Lunch- Rolled Deli Turkey Meat with Sliced Avacodo
Dinner- Grilled Orange Roughy (4 ozs) with lemmon pepper, parsley and Molly McButter, and Asparagus (1/4 cup)
Snack- SugarFree Popcicle
......Still drinking my water.....I got in close to 60 grams of protein today.......The fish alone is 22 grams of protein......and it tastes awesome!
B- HDT 55 protien drink 1/2 - 35 gram protien with millk
snack - 2 crackers
lunch - 1/2 - luin cuisine - cheese ravioli
snack - sugar free applesauce
dinner - meatloaf and mashed potatoes

Lunch: 3 oz baked lemon pepper fish, 2 Tbsp brocolli,, carrots with cheese sauce. 25 gm pro,200 cal..
Snack: 9 pork rinds. 7 gm pro,80 cal.
Dinner: Haven't decided yet.
fluids: 24 Oz decaf iced tea, 12 oz raspberry minute maid light.( I'm behind on my fluids.)
