Pasta and ground beef

I have only had it once and it went down well. Prior to having surgery, I learned a new way to cook ground beef that makes it very fine and not chunky. When you brown it add at least a cup or more of water and stir it frequently and it will make the ground beef really fine and then I drain it. Good luck.
I've tried ground beef and had no problems with it at all. In fact, I made a killer meatloaf today and I plan on eating on it for the next several days!
As far as pasta goes, I've tried mac-n-cheese and fettucine noodles and neither one of them bothered my pouch. I just made sure I took very small bites, and chewed up the noodles really good.
