What did you eat today?
I really liked the post of a couple days ago. I thought I would start one today. I will be cleared for regular food next week Monday.
B - Nectar's Roadside Lemonade
S - 4 oz low carb yogurt
L - 1/2 Soup at Hand - cream of chicken w/ protein powder added
S - 1/2 cup s.f. pudding wtih protein powder added
D - nothing yet - I am not hungry but I will grab a bite of cottage cheese or something soon.
I also have a good idea for newer post ops watching portion sizes. Ziploc has a new 1/2 cup size container - they come in a package of 6 or so for a couple bucks. It has helped me watch how much I am eating with out having to measure and them put in a container to take to work.
So what is everybody else eating?

breakfast-2 pieces of extra lean turkey bacon
snack -none
lunch-Isopure creamy vanilla protein shake
snack- 1 slice lean turkey breast 98% fat free
dinner-Isopure creamy vanilla protein shake
snack-?????
Totals 366 calories 1 fat 18 carbs 67 protein
I need to eat some more !!!! LOL never thought I would ever say that
water 32oz so far still working on it
Alison, thanks for getting us started. I was just telling LaFOnda how much I liked this post the last few days. It's nice to see just what people are eating.
Breakfast- tuna/cottage cheese mixture with dill & celerey seed (1/4 cup)
Snack- XS energy drink 12 carbs & 4900% of your daily B12 need.
Lunch-tuna/cottage cheese mixture(same as above) 1/4 cup
Snack meal replacement drink-15 gm protein
Dinner-Gorton's lemon pepper grilled fillet fish square(left about 1/3 of it)
which I plan to eat in a couple of hours!
Calories=358 Fat=8 Carbs=24 Protein= 55gm PLUS I already have 80 oz fluids in! This is a good day except for the calories!
still battling water.. ugh, water is still winning, i can never get enough in, lucky if i get 20 oz a day i've tried all the tricks adding everything under the sun.. on the other hand i can eat like a horse well.. maybe small pony...
