What did you eat today?

I really liked the post of a couple days ago. I thought I would start one today. I will be cleared for regular food next week Monday. B - Nectar's Roadside Lemonade S - 4 oz low carb yogurt L - 1/2 Soup at Hand - cream of chicken w/ protein powder added S - 1/2 cup s.f. pudding wtih protein powder added D - nothing yet - I am not hungry but I will grab a bite of cottage cheese or something soon. I also have a good idea for newer post ops watching portion sizes. Ziploc has a new 1/2 cup size container - they come in a package of 6 or so for a couple bucks. It has helped me watch how much I am eating with out having to measure and them put in a container to take to work. So what is everybody else eating?

Thanks for getting us started today !!!! Ok here goes......... breakfast-2 pieces of extra lean turkey bacon snack -none lunch-Isopure creamy vanilla protein shake snack- 1 slice lean turkey breast 98% fat free dinner-Isopure creamy vanilla protein shake snack-????? Totals 366 calories 1 fat 18 carbs 67 protein I need to eat some more !!!! LOL never thought I would ever say that water 32oz so far still working on it

Alison, thanks for getting us started. I was just telling LaFOnda how much I liked this post the last few days. It's nice to see just what people are eating. Breakfast- tuna/cottage cheese mixture with dill & celerey seed (1/4 cup) Snack- XS energy drink 12 carbs & 4900% of your daily B12 need. Lunch-tuna/cottage cheese mixture(same as above) 1/4 cup Snack meal replacement drink-15 gm protein Dinner-Gorton's lemon pepper grilled fillet fish square(left about 1/3 of it) which I plan to eat in a couple of hours! Calories=358 Fat=8 Carbs=24 Protein= 55gm PLUS I already have 80 oz fluids in! This is a good day except for the calories!

I'm struggling today. Not feeling all that great... B cottage cheese with applesause (1/2 cup) L beans and cheese snack - potatoe soup Dinner???? Water 20 oz...gotta work on it! Great suggestion on the container. I will definitely get some!

I went to a kitchen supply store and got several 4 oz condiment serving dishes. It's perfect for me to keep with me and to eat with at home so I know how much is 3-4 oz without whipping out a calculator, scale, compass, etc.... Olivia

still battling water.. ugh, water is still winning, i can never get enough in, lucky if i get 20 oz a day i've tried all the tricks adding everything under the sun.. on the other hand i can eat like a horse well.. maybe small pony... bfast 1/2 protein bar snack 2 bites watermelon (didnt sit well today) lunch small piece of lean cuisine pizza snack slice turkey breast dinner 1/2 small tortilla with big helping of chicken salad made with lo fat mayo crystal light, apple juice, cranberry, lemons, splenda, and the kitchen sink added to my water, with no luck ~Kim
