Three Weeks Post.... 39 lbs !

Hi..I had my RNY Lap on April 27... went to my support group meeting last night and weighed... 8 weeks ago I weighed 411... I dieted pretty good before surgery and lost and since surgery I have lost 39 lbs.. I weighed in last night at 343 !! A total loss of 68 ( never to return ) pounds!! Whooohoo !

Greg, Congratulations my April 27th brother! I haven't weighed in since my two week appt. I have a problem with 'scale obsession', so I'm using my clothes as a gauge. Feeling good and eating right! I love it! Rachel
