What are we eating today??????
breakfast- carnation instant breakfast + 8 oz skim milk
snack- 4 small shrimp with ****tail sauce
lunch- 1 cup of broccoli cheese soup
dinner- 5 pepperoni chips and a slice of mozzarella cheese
snack- sf popcicle
still sippin' on my water.....but i know i'll come up short today
540 calories and only 45 grams protein
i need to find some more high protein foods, cause i can't tolerate those nasty protein drinks!

This is really helpful to me to see what other people that are about as far post op as I am are eating. Keep it up!
For me...
Breakfast-4 oz of protein shake = 24 grams protein
snack- 3 oz of protein shake = 18 grams protein
Lunch- 3 oz cottage cheese = 12 grams protein, 1 cup coffee (daily ration of caffiene)
Drank 20 oz water, but it's only 2 p.m.
(goal is 60 oz)
