Breakfast: Pro Complex 2 scoops=55 g protein mixed with 2 cups of skim milk 16g protein for a total of 71g protein.
After Breakfast 16 oz decaf coffee , 32 oz Crystal Light
Lunch:5 crackers with squirt cheese 8g protein
After Lunch: 32oz decaf tea, SF popsicle
Dinner: 1 Scrambled egg with one slice of FF cheese & Taco Bell mild hot sauce 10g protein
After Dinner: SF popsicle, 16 oz decaf tea
Protein for the day:89g
Water:96 oz
I have tried several protein drinks and protein powders and have found that I like Pro complex the best for now and it has 55g of protein in 2 scoops.
