I just started eating last week and I don't think I have the hang of it yet. The food goes down fine, but when I try to drink afterward( 1/2 hr later) every sip causes a quick pain in my stomach . This pain continues with every sip for the next few hrs,so I am not getting in my fluids as I should. Breakfast- 1/2 atkins cafe au lait protein shake(10 gm pro) lunch- 1/2 cup clam chowder soup (8gm pro) dinner- 6 oz chicken broth-trying to catch up on fluids snack atkins vanilla shake ( 20 gm pro) total 38 gm pro 60 oz fluid walked 1 mile on treadmill.
