what are you eating?
question for those who have already had diet advancement to more regular foods.. what do you eat in a day? just looking for some variety!!
yesterday i ate:
bfast: wasnt feeling good, didnt eat, but drank water and some crystal light pink lemonade
lunch: chicken salad about 1/4 cup made with lo fat mayo and 2 melba toast crackers
Snack: protein shake
dinner: 1/2 soup at hand chicken with small noodles
sipped on water all day
I found it at a local grocery store (D&W). It was with the other ketchup. I will warn you it costs about three times more than regular kethcup. It's Walden Farms brand. Try their website waldenfarms.com. I have seen other varieties, check with the diabetic products.
The flavor is a little off. I wouldn't want to eat it plain on something but it made a fabulous meatloaf. Also it's almost 0 calories.
Good luck.

I think this is a good post and that us April-ers should post what we are eating at least once a day......to help us see what others are eating and tolerating. Food options are so limited right now.....it helps to see what other choices are out there!
Yesterday I had.......
Breakfast- Carnation Instant Breakfast Drink
Snack- String Cheese
Lunch- 4 oz. of Cottage Cheese with 2 Peach Slices
Dinner- 4 medium-sized Shrimp
Snack- Hard Boiled Egg
Sipped on water all day
Breakfast- choc protien drink with a 1/2 bannana, and ice cubes blended.
Snack- 4 oz bananna pudding.
Lunch- 2TBSP tuna, and 2 crackers(Hi-ho wheat)

Plus 30oz of water...I shoot for 80 oz water/day.
SO FAR... By the way I love the idea of sharing what we ate.
I also think it's a great idea to share what we're eating. I don't seem to be able to eat nearly as much as I think I should.
