Having trouble with protein drinks
I am using Novartis-Optisource High Protein Drink, Specially formulated for use after bariatric surgery. High protein. Lactose free. Excellent source of Vitamin B12. No sugar added. 12g protein in 4oz. Strawberry and Caramel
Also I am using Novartis BeneProtein powder, mixes into anything (Crystal Lite, Broth, Yogurt) and it doesn't make it thick or taste funny. The only place I have found them at is www.Walgreens.com they don't sell it in the store just online.
Tried the Isopure from GNC and found that I liked the Protein Ice from GNC better. same 40g protein in 20oz.

Dont drink them. ALOT of doctors dont make/ or require their patients to use protein drinks. IF you want to get in protein at this stage, Go to Walmart and buy "Carbo Solutions" its sold in the MILK section, its lactose free comes in skin, 2% or regular. has 12 grams of protein per cup.. works just fine... and tastes like regular milk. Then eventually you can get your protein in real food, such as tuna.
