Home from the hospital on the 4th of May

I'm finally done with the surgery. All went well and I am bored out of my mind d/t not working. But that will come in time. My surgery went well, but the doctor found an umbilical hernia about the size of a quarter, but the amount of intestine that had already passed was about 2x the size of a softball. The md is amazed that I was without symptoms of the hernia. Therefore I got 2 surgeries for the price of one. I am still sore, but doing well. My doc does not want me having calories for another week, so I am living off of crystal light and sugar free kool aide. I have not had to take any of my diabetics and hopefully won't have to again.
