The countdown is on......

Hi gals! Congratulations to all of our recent post-oper's! The countdown is on for me. My surgery is coming up on Friday morning. It weird, but I am feeling indifferent to it all, it's like it is another week. Is this normal? I feel like I won't get neverous about it until Thursday night. I am going out tonight with my girlfriends for a last supper of sorts and then I am going lite on food the rest of the week. I don't have a bowel prep I have to do, the only instructions are to not eat after midnight the night before but I figure eating lite can't hurt. Good luck to all having surgery this week.

Hi! My day is tomorrow, and I'm amazed that I feel so calm. I've really thought this out and I am at peace in my life and with my Maker. I did cry when I talked to my folks this morning, my dad is so worried he cried. I have seen my dad cry a hand full of times in my 38-1/2 years, its tough. I'm looking forward to getting to the healing part! Best wishes to you, Rachel
