10 days post op surg.4/15

Thursday I went to my 1 week doctor appt and I complained about the gas. Weighed in 14 lbs lighter was happy about that,My dr told me the same thing to walk I do walk but I still feel drained how long does this draining feeling last.

Felicia, I am 10 days post op as well, don't know how you are feeling today but today is the first day I'm starting to feel like a human again.. I have been to my 1st drs appt and had my staples removed but have a small bandage now due to a wound infection, but other than that I feel fine and I am down 23 lbs!! yippe!! Hang in there...it WILL get better! Betty

Congrats Felicia. I am a 4/15er also. I still have to feel the draining. I feel fine. I experience burping a lot. I have lost 13lbs so far.
