I am 2 1/2 weeks post op and am having trouble with the vitamins. I'm taking Walgreen's "Optisource" brand specially for gastric bypass patients. The citrus flavor isn't too bad, but they are so big and chalky and I have to take them FOUR times a day! Is there something better out there?

I'm 3 wks out and I take two chewable Centrum a day. They're also orange flavored and funky but it's only twice a day! -Sandra

My doctor recommends either Optisource or a liquid vitamin from Doctorsbrand.com. I'm 2 1/2 weeks out also and I have been using the liquid vitamins. They are great because you only have to take them once a day and you can mix them in grape juice or something. You can order straight from the website. Good luck! Ronda
