Iam having trouble listening to my body when I'm suppose to be full or not hungry.I had surgeryon the 5th of april. But I'm not quite sure if I'm allowed to have 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup serving. Does anyone no for sure?
Every surgeons diet recommendations are different. I can do a 1/4 cup after 3 weeks and a 1/2 after 6. I think UCLA has their diet recommendation posted on their website. I don't have the link, but search for ucla bariatric diet and you should be able to find it.
