wow 11 days that is so crazy can some tell me what vitamins you are taking thaks i want to make sure i got the right ones and also whre can i get protin shakes and what kind I wint to the store to stock up and there are so many diffrent kinds please help.
I bought Centrum chewables and Viactiv chews for calcium. I don't know about protein shakes and supplements because my doctor doesn't want his patients to use them. Good luck on your surgery! Deana
