HELLO AMY!!!!! IM NOT AS YOUNG AS I USED TO BE BUT I WENT THROUGH BEING OVERWEIGHT DURING MY YOUNGER YEARS I WISH THIS WAS AVAILABLE BACK THEN GOOD LUCK.
