Searching for a new life as a 145lbs. woman

Hi my name is Milagros Martinez and I'm from Bridgeport, Ct. and searching for more information on the surgery. I want to be slim and feel better. I have 5 kids and the youngest is 5 and I want to be able to play with him without getting tired in five minutes. I already found out about an office in Norwalk where the do the surgery. I'm going Monday for the first seminar. Hopefully after Monday I'll be on the track of being 145lbs. that's my ideal weight.
