Almost one Week Post op

Hey Everyone, I'M BACK!!! Tomorrow will be day 7 post op and I am feeling good. Just alot of gas but I was told that is to be expected. Walking the mall everynight and ready to get to full liquids. Doc has me on clear liquids until Friday. WoooHooo!!!! So far I cheated and weighed myself before my doctors appointment.... Well I have lost 15 pounds!!!! One question. How do you get enough water in during the day and HOW DO YOU SIP???? Angela
