Almost one Week Post op

Hey Everyone, I'M BACK!!! Tomorrow will be day 7 post op and I am feeling good. Just alot of gas but I was told that is to be expected. Walking the mall everynight and ready to get to full liquids. Doc has me on clear liquids until Friday. WoooHooo!!!! So far I cheated and weighed myself before my doctors appointment....

Well I have lost 15 pounds!!!!

One question. How do you get enough water in during the day and HOW DO YOU SIP???? Angela

congratulations Angela! sounds like your doing great. hope i'm feeling as fine as you are after my wls. you mean you can walk a whole mall just one week out? that's great! God bless you all the way down to your desired weight. Moneice
