Post-op April 1/04

For all of you out there who haven't had your surgery yet..good luck and enjoy the ride. I know time is probably dragging I know I was counting the sleeps for 3 weeks before my surgery..lol I am now 10 days post-op and am down 25 pounds...I still can't believe it so I keep getting on the scale thinking maybe somebody is playing a trick on me. I have not felt so good in a very long time...walking 1 1/4 miles each day and am cleaning my house without having to have a nap in between. Everything up to this point has been more than worth the fasting before the surgery and eating only what the doctor ordered since. Happy Easter to you all! Lois Post-op 269/244/?

I am pre-op, 04/14, and pray that what you say will hold true for me. I have been on a liquid diet since 3/31 and only have 2 days to go. thank you for the good wishes.

Lois, What an inspiring success story. My surgery is on the 13th and I only hope mine is as uneventful and happy as yours turned out. Thanks for the insipration.
