4/6 surgery at home now

I am home now and doing fine, other than a lot of burping and gas pressure. I am trying to take short walks to get it moving. Husband has been an angel, by my side the whole time. He stayed every night in the hospital. I don't think I could have done this w/o him. I am struggling with how to get in protein and calcium. But feeling better all the time. I will be glad when I can get back to normality. I have little energy right now, and can't wait to be more active.

Hi Janet!! Glad to hear you are home and doing well. My lap rny was 4/05/04 and I am also doing well. Everyday I have a little more energy and so that is a true blessing!!! God bless you, Dodie
