April 30th ~ After Four Years Of Waiting....

Does anyone else have the date of April 30th? I've been waiting for this surgery for four years now, and have finally got a date. Im just waiting for the other shoe to drop. Like today I found out my surgeons office has yet to file the paperwork with my insurance company. My surgery is three weeks away and they haven't filed yet! I can just see the date being rescheduled. I'm not usually so pescimistic, that's just been my luck lately. Good luck to everyone else who is having surgery this month!

Hi tracey! I have a surgery date of April 30th!! I have been waiting like 3 yrs for this surgery, long story. I got approval for my surgery back in Nov. and my surgery date at the same time if that give you any indication of how big a demand there is for it where I am having it done, but my surgeon is top notch and is well worth the wait. Good luck to you and I hope your surgery doesn't get rescheduled. Hillari
