Hi Marti, I was instructed to keep all vitamins under 2 grams of sugar..the chewable childrens vitamins that is...any way i found some that had all the Iron and other stuff they said for me to have...and it is called IRONKIDS, chewables......Hope this helps..... but its up to what your doc told u to by...they gave us examples but also told if it was not that type what to make sure it had in it.
