BACK TO WORK

MY DOCTOR SAID I CAN GO BACK TO WORK IN ABOUT 4 WEEKS. BUT I WANT TO GO BACK IN 2 WEEKS. MY BOSS TOLD ME NOT TO RUSH. DO YOU THINK 2 WEEKS IS PUSHING IT? SHOULD I WAIT? I WANT TO GO ON VACATION IN JULY.

Hi Venetia, I personally know two people that recently had surgery. They both went back in two weeks. One of them went back part time hours only and she is tired but ok. The other on couldn't hack it and went back on leave for another 2 weeks before trying again. it sounds to me like two weeks might be pushing it. Good luck deciding what to do. everyone is different in what they can handle...did you have open or lap surgery? If you had lap then 2 weeks may be ok...if you had open I would listen to my dr......just my opinon...best of luck!!
