Wow, the date has been set....yahoo....

I got word today from the surgeons office, my surgery is to be on April 22nd. My insurance, United Health Providers, accepted me the first time around. I believe it had to do with the thoroughness of my primary care physician and her documentation and then also with the surgeon and their follow-up. Finally, I can start making arrangements. I go to my first support group meeting on March 18th. This is a real milestone in my journey.
