Hi, Everyone! This was a great idea Robin, because we all do lose differently. (1) Open RNY 4/4/03 (2) 53 years old, 5'2" (3)Starting weight 355# (4)Current weight 297# (5) I hate exercise but also have good intentions...I try to walk or use an exercise bike 10 minutes a day (or untill I sweat; I also hate to sweat). Do you think, as the weight comes off, someday I'll grow to like it? (6) 150# or less. LOL

Topic: RE: Is your incision healed yet?
Colleen, My incision is tottaly healed but all people are diffrent. I would just make sure to keep it clean and let air get to it as often as possible. Be causious about putting things like neosporin on it. I was told that letting it heal is better. I hope all goes well at your Drs appointment.

Topic: RE: Just wondering...
Hi everyone. This is my first time posting here. I had surgery on 4-22. At 5'7'' & 289 lbs ( I too was considered a light weight.) That still cracks me up!! LOL!! I have lost 50 lbs as of 6-30 & I am currently on my third plateau. I have had one each month for 9 to 12 days. Then, once it breaks.... I drop 5 lbs in a couple of days.... So..... It's all good! The way I see it, I am due for another 5 lb drop! HEHE! Peace out!
