Hi Susan... I snack on peanuts but not all the time...my doc reccommened it. Considering how little fat I do eat these days..what I get from peanuts will not hurt me. Plus they are loaded with protein.... Hugs Karol postie 4 months out 73 lbs down...

Isn't it grand to say 90..90..90. I feel like a parrot. It sounds so great and it is. We work so hard and give up so much to accomplish and build a healthier us. It takes great commitment to be successful and you my friend are accomplishing a milestone in your journey..Talk Later, Patti

You've got me on that one. It possibly be because they are afraid that we won't chew them well enough. Or could be the high saturated fat content. I don't do the peanuts but do peanut butter like crazy. My surgeon also doesn't recommend them either. I will keep looking to see if anyone has an answer. Talk Later, Patti

congrats..congrats..congrats...I can't wait till I can shout for joy just like you are doing. Isn't it strange that we were thrilled with 10, then 20..and so on, but I think the 100 mark is a grand celebration. We all set our cap for this accomplishment and I am thrilled and overjoyed that you hit your milestone. Talk Later, Patti

My hairstylist (who also had RNY) told me that her dietician said to stay away from peanuts. Anyone know WHY? Gosh... I eat them several times a week!
