Hey Sheila! Have you tried counting your calories and seeing what you are taking in? That might help. Go**** sounds like you are doing all you can... try getting the cals below 1000 or right at it and see if that jumpstarts things. Let me know if it helps! gail @ goal

Hey Gail! Bless your heart! Don't be depressed! You ARE going to get this off but it may take more work. Try lowering your calories even if it takes away from your protein and see if that jumpstarts things. Let me know if it works! gail @ goal

Hey Lee. Have you tried counting your calories? Try to get them close to 1000 or below for a few days and see if that jumpstarts things! Let me know how it goes! gail @ goal

I will be 10 months on the 11th. I have lost 3 lbs in since Dec 1st. Yesterday I couldn't get to my curves class, got on the scale this a.m. and am up 1 1/2lbs. I go to curves 3 days a week and do some other exercises at least 2 other days a week. I am eating about 1500 calories a day. It seems like a lot to me, but all this protein adds up. I might not get in as much water as I should, but do drink quite a bit. Maybe 50 oz. What is going on. I should be losing still. If I can't even maintain this early out, I am headed for big trouble.

Hi Lee! I have read several peoples profiles and most of them have said that they have also slowed down or stopped losing for a couple of weeks then started to lose again. Don't worry if you even put back on a few pounds, they will come back off. I have not had my surgery yet, but I hope to soon. I have been doing a lot of reading so I know what to expect. BE HAPPY!!!!! Paula Long

Am I loosing my mind or what?? Does the weight loss slow down quite abit after 9 or 10 months?? I'm still at 180 and it's been about three weeks since I weighed myself. I started at 281 and now 9.5 months out I'm 180; that's 101 pds. I've very happy about that don't get me wrong but man the weight loss really seems to be slowing down!! I drink two and a half litres of water per day if not more some days and eat about six times a day. I'm also finding that I can eat more at a sitting?! What's up with that!! Does your pouch settle and get a tad larger?? I haven't really talked to anyone about this so any feed back regarding my concerns would be greatly appreciated. I'm freeeeking out that my pouch is going back to normal! But that can't be right!!! I would like to loose 35 more pds. I'm a size 14 now and am 5' 4 inches tall. Lee Mott - Ottawa, Canada
