2 years out and need help...

I will be 2 years out on April 30 from my surgery and I went to dr's today I have gained another 10lbs for a total of 20 in a year. I am not happy with this. I have not changed the way I eat or what I am eating. I think I am snacking alittle bit more due to stress. I notice that when I am working I have tendency to want to eat (snack) more for whatever reason. I need to get back on track with the weight loss. The told dr. told me that I should try 800-900 calories a day to start the loss again or use protein as meal replacements. My personal goal is to lose another 50 lbs and I would be happy. I want to get pregnant this year as I will be 30 on Friday but would like to lose the weight first. Please share any thoughts you may have either here or you can email me at [email protected].
