Protein Drinks?
Hi Ethel,
I do protein shakes occassionally - it helps with cravings. I have actually put myself back liquids in an attempt to jumpstart my weightloss again. I plan to stay on them until the end of next month - although I am eating very small amounts of "normal" foods to keep my hubby happy (he seems to think I am going starve, lol).
