HAPPY RE-BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!
I have reached another milestone, my one year post-op anniversary.
I have lost 130 pounds ( the weight of my oldest daughter) and I feel great. I just got back from a trip home to DC, partying with friends and family. We had a rebirthday celebration. I saw my dad and brother for the first time since surgery. I almost cried when I saw the 'pride' in my dad's eyes( he is very strict military runs 5 miles a day, so you could imagine how he felt about his 334 pound daughter ).
I was also able to surprise a few friends that hadn't seen me yet ( I love doing that).
I spent a great week in DC, what better way to celebrate my re-birth than with those who know me best.
I have posted new pictures to my profile.

Congrats, Erica. You look super. Happy 1st and enjoy the rest. Isn't it great (or maybe not) to walk right past someone and they don't recognize you. I was flabbergasted when this happened to me. I think I look the same, but apparently not. It's fun to see the shocked look on their faces. Keep up the good work and enjoy the rest of your healthy life. I'm 1 year out as of 4/7/04-70+pounds.
