11 months - 168lbs gone forever

I feel so AMAZING. I was 375 at my consult last year, 367 day of surgery and I just got off the scale and I'm offically below 200lbs!! (199) My life is so different. So great. I run, play, roller skate and bike ride with my daughter. It's like a she's got a whole new mom, physically and emotionally. I am finally ME again. I actually had my first date in YEARS a couple weeks ago.............I'm having a blast. I have had no complications or difficulties at all. I think my no-carb diet is what has helped me loose so quickly and steadily. I am still loosing, more slowly but still steady and downward. My goal is 150lbs. I hope to be there or really close by mid summer. This surgery gave me my life back, it's the best thing I could have ever done for myself.

Lisa- It's so good to hear how much your life has improved since this surgery! Isn't it wonderful to be a participant in life instead or watching from the sidelines? That's my favorite thing about this surgery! All 4 of my children say that I am more fun now than I was before..I thinks it's because I can "play" more with them. Keep up the good work!
