Met my first personal goal

Hey Yall, this morning I weighed in at 177 that is down from my all time high weight of 316. On surgery day I weighed 302 and now I am 177. I just cant believe it some times. I had surgery April 4th, 2003. This tool is totally awesome and I feel so blessed to have had it. My personal goal was to get to 180 so now I guess I will have to make it 160.
