Meat... Any Problems?
It's been 4 months for me and I seem to have a big problem keeping meat down. I thought by now I would be able to tolerate it more. I know that everyone is different in how they tolerate certain things, but I was just curious to see how many people at this stage are having a problem keeping down meat.

I am 4 months and 3 weeks out and I still have a problem with red meat. I seem to tolorate chicken the best. I find that the red meat is very hard to digest and I would rather pass. My only worry is the PROTEIN...I eat a lot of eggs and cheese to make up for the red meat loss. Good luck and keep trying the meat...

Hi Gail. I am at 5 months and still cannot tolerate meat of any kind.
I have the most success w/Filet Mignon cooked Medium to Medium Well.
The rest I cannot handle.
I sometimes make myself vomit so that I will feel better.
It seems we are not alone in our inability to keep that meat down.
