Hey everyone 3 months out 62 lbs GONE FOREVER and feeling more energy, still throw up here and there but sometime the body doesnt like what you are trying.

Lisa, Congratulations on your weight loss! I to can't take bread. Sometimes I can eat toast if I have a craving for it. Most of the time I just figure that's one Carbohydrate thing I don't need. Keep up the good work! (HUGS!)
