I can't believe how the time has zoomed by! I'm down a total of 162 lbs. I hit a plateau, so I've started working out with a personal trainer at the gym. It's been great!!! I feel so fortunate to have had this second chance at life, and I'm determined to make the most of it. Congrats to all my April 02 brothers & sisters!!!

I feel so blessed to have found WLS. I did not realize that there was so much support available. I have lost a total of 131 pounds. Good luck to everyone.

Wow it seems like forever now. I am so glad I had this done. Just wish I could afford the tummy tuck, thigh and arm lift. It will have to be OUT-OF-POCKET! Not cheap. I went from 235 to 125 and have stayed at 132. Very happy!

Hi Andrea! Right there with you! Ditto on everything but the kidney stones. It's actually hard for me to write on the message board because everything is going so well and I am doing nothing according to the book. NOTHING. Except eating less. So in a way I feel guilty.LOL Down 136lbs. Been at goal since Feb I think. Congrats on your success!

I had surgery on April 23, 2002 and to date I have lost 136 pounds and have went from a size 28-30 to a 10-12. I couldn't be happier with the results. Next up....tummy tuck!

I have not posted in a long time. I am doing great physically though have had kidney stone issues. I'm down 122# and have a new lease on life. Life has presented many changes including a separation recently. But I am so blessed with good health that I have been able to cope with many challenges presented. I credit Changing Lives in Seaford, Dr. Smoot, a strong consitution, caring friends, my sons and most of all God for granting me this gift of rejuvenation and health.
