19 months Post Op and Doing Great

I have not posted in a long time. I am doing great physically though have had kidney stone issues. I'm down 122# and have a new lease on life. Life has presented many changes including a separation recently. But I am so blessed with good health that I have been able to cope with many challenges presented. I credit Changing Lives in Seaford, Dr. Smoot, a strong consitution, caring friends, my sons and most of all God for granting me this gift of rejuvenation and health. Hi Andrea! Right there with you! Ditto on everything but the kidney stones. It's actually hard for me to write on the message board because everything is going so well and I am doing nothing according to the book. NOTHING. Except eating less. So in a way I feel guilty.LOL Down 136lbs. Been at goal since Feb I think. Congrats on your success!
