10 years today...Wow
10 years today. It's ok today. I have a skinny neck and flabby arms and legs. That's because I didn't exercise and I didn't have the extra skin removed. So my only complaint is I'm flabby. Can I do something about it? Of course I can. But will I?I don't like to exercise. If I could afford a personal trainer that would be idea for me. I'm 54 I wear a size 14 from a 30. I went from 310 to 200. I can't get pass 200 now. When I first lost weigh I went down to 160. I looked awful. Even though 200 is still considered big I'm ok with it.
