Specifically, I'm looking for one that uses cream cheese, SF Jello cheesecake pudding, stevia and maybe Cool WHip (I can't remember!). I thought I emailed it to myself but it's just not showing up, and baby needs cheesecake!! I bought all the goods, but I'm not sure of the proportions.
Thank you!!

Hi all I am new to this site. I was sleeved on 3/28/2014. I just made 4 months out and am doing pretty good. My starting weight was 307lbs and my surgery weight was 297lbs I am currently 227lbs. I am very happy with my progress thus far. I had a rough first month or so but after that rough patch everything went well. I am just looking for some incite on different topics mostly nutrition. Hope everyone is doing well.

Hello all... I was sleeved on March 13th... wondering how everyone is doing in terms of food and protein intake??
I am 3.5 weeks out also and i'm eating the exact same thing!! I also feel really good and i asked my nutritionist if i could beforehand and she said that was fine.

I am about 3 1/2 weeks out and for the last 4 days or so I am doing well with things like boiled eggs, tuna with just mustard and a little mayo, salmon patties, Wendy's chili, etc. These are not pureed, but I am doing them in small quantities and feeling well. My doctor said after 2 weeks, do pureed and then as that goes well ease into soft foods. Do these foods seem okay at 3ish weeks or should I be doing more in the pureed/soft foods?
I had my surgery on March 24 which means I'm 17 days out. I'm feeling great it does get easier, I am now watching more than I ever have before, don't feel hungry. I still have some craving so I understand where you're coming from. But I'm working those out. Oh by the way I had to gastric sleeve.
I had my RNY on 3/14/14 an the first day I was sore but I also had one of those breathing devises that was previously mentioned. I am back to work which keeps me on my feet a lot, an I bought a fitbit an track my walking for my 10,000 steps a day. I was given advice from my sister (who had the sleeve an gained it back) an two others who had the RNY an that was to follow all the rules the doctor gives you, an so far so good! I'm not hungry but it's definitely a mind thing!
