My surgery date has been set and I am nervous. Any advice for this newbie?
As I am only three days post-op I don't have a lot of advice other than sip, sip, sip and walk as much as you can. Best of luck to you!

I just had mine Thursday, March 14...VSG. I am amazed at how little pain there was. Walk or rock lots to help with the gas because that's where the discomfort comes from. All the best!
