3/28/13 - My new birthdate

Well I am just shy of 3 weeks of my surgery date.  I am in the can't wait mode. I am starting the second week of Optifast and i am slowly getting pretty grumpy drinking my meals.

Though while I can't wait, I have all the normal fears and trepidation I think all of us get as the date starts to loom large.  But I am determined to start a new life on March 28th and become a much healthier and happier person!

Congratulations on taking steps to improve your health.  My surgery is on Monday  and I am so excited! I am so ready for this. I am also on a liquid diet. It hasn't been fun but I think it is preparing me for the liquid diet phases after surgery.  Best wishes to you on your upcoming journey.
