My new surgery date for VSG is March 31st! I had to reschedule because of a Sinus Infection:( Oh well it was for the best now my mom can be here for it:D Thanks for all of the support!

I too am having surgery March 9th! My doctor didn't put me on any kind of diet other than a liquid diet 2 days prior to surgery. I look forward to seeing you on the losers bench!

I am having the Lap Band done.
My Dr puts patients on a liver reduction diet to shrink the liver and make the procedure easier.
I know people who have done the south Beach before their surgery, I guess each Dr is different.
Good luck with your surgery.
